These terms apply when you use the FM Best Bargain Super Store website at fmbestbargain.com, which is run by FM Best Bargain Nigeria Limited (“FM Best Bargain”, “we”, “us”). By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Return & Refund Policy.
1. Using the website
- You must be at least 18 years old, or use the website with the permission of a parent or guardian.
- Use the website only for lawful purposes. Don’t try to break its security, copy it, overload it or interfere with other customers.
- We may update, suspend or withdraw any part of the website at any time.
2. Your account
- Give accurate details when you create an account and keep them up to date.
- Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.
- We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or are used for fraud.
3. Products, prices and availability
- We try to show products, photos and descriptions accurately. Colours and packaging may differ slightly from the photos.
- All prices are in Nigerian Naira (₦). Prices and offers can change without notice, and sale prices last while stock lasts.
- Stock shown online may differ from what is on the shelf in each store. If an item you ordered is unavailable, we will tell you and offer a replacement or a refund.
- If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price, we may cancel the order and refund anything you paid.
4. Orders and payment
- Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm your order and receive payment.
- Online payments are processed securely by our payment provider. We do not store your card details.
- We may refuse or cancel an order if payment fails, we suspect fraud, or the item is no longer available. Any payment for a cancelled order will be refunded.
5. Pickup and delivery
- Store pickup is free. Bring your order number when you collect, at our Ogba or Surulere branch during opening hours.
- Home delivery fees depend on your address (usually ₦2,000 - ₦6,000, or ₦5,000 - ₦15,000 for large items such as fridges and washing machines) and are not included in the order total. We call you with the exact amount when your package is ready, and you pay the rider when it arrives. Delivery times are estimates.
- Please check your items when you collect or receive them, and report any problem as described in our Return & Refund Policy.
6. Returns and refunds
Returns and refunds are covered by our Return & Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms takes away your rights under the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act 2018.
7. Our content
The FM Best Bargain name, logo, website design, text and photos belong to us or the people who licensed them to us. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission. Product brand names belong to their owners.
8. Our responsibility to you
- We work to keep the website available and accurate, but we can’t promise it will always be free of errors or interruptions.
- As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, or for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control.
- Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility where the law does not allow it to be limited.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
10. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. If a problem comes up, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it. If we can’t, the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria will deal with it.
