This policy explains the small files (cookies) and browser storage the FM Best Bargain website uses, why we use them, and how you can control them.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website saves in your browser. Browser storage works in a similar way. They let a website remember things between pages and visits, like what is in your cart.
2. What we use
We only use what the website needs to work. We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not sell or share your browsing for adverts.
| Name | What it does | How long it lasts |
|---|---|---|
fmbb_sess (cookie) | Keeps you signed in to your account, keeps your checkout secure, and keeps store staff signed in to the admin. | Up to 30 days, or until you sign out |
fmbb_cart (browser storage) | Remembers the items in your cart. | Until you empty your cart or clear your browser |
fmbb_wish (browser storage) | Remembers the products you saved to your wishlist. | Until you remove them or clear your browser |
fmbb_orders (browser storage) | Shows your recent orders on this device. | Until you clear your browser |
fmbb_cookie_ok (browser storage) | Remembers that you’ve seen our cookie notice, so it doesn’t show again. | Until you clear your browser |
fmbb_splash, fmbb_welcome (session storage) | Show the welcome screen and offer pop-up only once per visit. | Until you close the tab |
3. Other services on our pages
- Google Fonts supplies the lettering on our pages. Your browser connects to Google to load it.
- Google Maps shows our store location on the Our Stores page. Google may set its own cookies when the map loads.
- WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok are only contacted if you tap their buttons or links.
- Payment provider: when online payment is available, the secure payment page may use its own cookies to complete your payment safely.
These services have their own cookie and privacy policies.
4. Your choices
You can block or delete cookies and browser storage in your browser settings. If you do, you may be signed out, and your cart and wishlist won’t be remembered. The rest of the website will still work.
5. Changes to this policy
If we add new cookies or tools, we will update this page and the date at the top.
